Made Clear and Manageble

Breastfeeding,
Pumping &
Bottle Feeding-

You don't need to figure this out alone, at 2am, with seventeen browser tabs open. I come to you, I bring the tools, and we build a plan that actually works for your family.

Latch challenges

Pain, shallow latch, positioning — let's find what's actually happening and fix it.

I Can Help With

Milk supply concerns

Too much, too little, or just not sure — all of it is worth looking at together.

Tongue & lip ties

Assessment, what it means for feeding, and who to see next.

Knowing exactly what baby is getting

I bring a clinical scale to every visit.
No more guessing — you'll know exactly how much baby transferred.

Pump setup & strategy

Which pump, when to start, how to build a stash without losing your mind.

Back-to-work plans

A realistic schedule built around your actual job, your baby, and your life.

Formula & combo feeding

Fed is always the goal. I support every feeding path — no judgment, ever.

Bottle intro & refusal

Timing, pacing, and what to try when baby keeps saying absolutely not.

Weaning

Baby-led, gradual, or abrupt — we'll find the approach that works for both of you.

Post NICU management

Coming home from the NICU is a whole new beginning.
I help families transition to feeding confidently at home.

"I don't know if my baby is actually getting enough"

Every day I hear some version of the same things from new parents. If any of this sounds familiar,  you are in the right place.

The most common fear- and the one that keeps you up at 3am counting diapers.

"Breastfeeding hurts and I don't know why"

Latch issues, tongue ties, positioning- it is not always obvious and it's not your fault.

"I go back to work soon but have no idea how       pumping works"

Building a supply, choosing equipment, setting a schedule- there is a lot to untangle.

"Every site says something different and I can't tell     who to trust."

The internet will firehose you with information. Not all of it is good. Clinical experience cuts through it.

We feed together

Before anything else, I want to understand the whole picture. That means a detailed intake of your feeding history, an oral assessment of baby's mouth structure — tongue, palate, lip tie, jaw — and a feeding observation so I can see exactly what's happening in real time.
01

we start with a full assessment

Here's how a visit works

No waiting rooms. No rushing. I come to your home with everything we need.

For breastfeeding families, we do a weighted feed to knkow how much transferred. For bottle feeding families, I assess the bottle systems you're using against your baby's specific oral anatomy. Not every bottle works for every baby. I'll tell you exactly what fits, what doesn't, and why. If you're navigating both breast and bottle, we work through how to manage that transition without disrupting supply or causing preference issues.
Not "try this and see." A specific, personalized plan built around your baby's assessment findings, your feeding goals, and your actual life. That includes next steps, what to watch for, when to follow up — and if you're heading back to work, a realistic pumping and bottle introduction plan that protects your supply and sets your baby up for a smooth transition.

Over 15 years of clinical experience. NICU to toddlers, I've seen it. Complicated cases are not scare to me.

06. Experience

Most IBCLC's don't have a speech pathology background. That dual expertise matters - a lot.

05. SLP + IBCLC

Clinical scale, real data. You'll know exactly how much baby transferred.

04. Weighted Feeds

I actively include partners. Feeding is a family thing.

03. Partners Included

Many plans cover lactation. I can help you navigate what is covered

02. Insurance Billing

Where feeding actually happens. No diaper bag required. (Available in Central Indiana only)

"I can’t say enough positive things about Marie. She is a wealth of knowledge and so incredibly helpful during a time of extreme exhaustion and vulnerability. She helped me through breastfeeding from the birth of our baby through the first year. We also had issues getting our baby to take a bottle when I had to return to work and Marie worked with us during this really hard period. If you need any sort of help feeding your child, get with Marie!! I would recommend her to any of my friends and family."
